Shipping Policy

We ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and the rest of the European Union.

The shipment will be made mainly by the courier company SEUR

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so , if you have any time preference for delivery, you can tell us in the comment of the order and we will try to comply (to the extent possible with the route and schedule of the transport company).

Delivery times

Our orders are delivered within 48 to 72 hours to Spain and Portugal, up to 5 days to the Balearic Islands, and 5 to 7 days to the rest of the European Union. This delivery timeframe is shown during the checkout process, and completing your purchase implies your acceptance of it.

If a specific date is not indicated, the LGDCU will be followed, which indicates that the maximum delivery period will be 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract .

In case of non-compliance with delivery deadlines, you must indicate an additional period appropriate to the circumstances that caused the initial delay. In the event that we cannot deliver the good within said additional period, you can terminate the contract.

The previous paragraph will not apply if the delivery time is essential in view of all the circumstances that occur in the execution of the contract or when you have informed us, before of the purchase, that delivery before a certain date or on a certain date is essential. In such cases, you can terminate the contract immediately.

In any case, if the contract is terminated, the amounts paid will be fully refunded.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product, a stock out may occur (out of stock). Our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

IMPORTANT: In general, we are not responsible for failure to perform or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, such as of force majeure (confinement due to a state of alarm, for example), natural disasters, strikes, accidents, etc. If any incident arises, we will contact you to solve the incident.
