Guarantee and Returns

In Alkemia Padel we want you to be satisfied with your order. Therefore, we provide you with several methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations.

Possible cases of return or withdrawal:

1. The product is wrong, has a defect or has been damaged during transport:

We take great care that all our blades and shipments are in perfect condition. Yes, even so, you will receive an erroneous or defective item, contact us immediately through info@alkemiapadel.com.

When opening the package, verify that the product matches the one requested: model, weight, etc. In case there is any anomaly, also make a claim as soon as possible. When the blade has been damaged during transport, it is essential that you notify us and, if possible, write down the incident on the carrier's delivery note.

The products must be returned in such a way that they are protected, placing them inside the same box used for the shipment by Alkemia Padel, and including all the extras (protector, cover, etc.).

Alkemia Padel offers the buyer a transport company for the removal of the merchandise,< span> completely free. If you wish to return the racket with a transport company other than the one proposed by Alkemia Padel, and the selected transport company offers higher rates, you must assume the difference in cost transportation.

2. Withdrawal

We don't want you to keep anything you don't like, so you can return an item if it doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the LGDCU, and whenever you are a buyer of an item for private use, you have the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which you can return the product.

This right of withdrawal must be exercised within a maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) days natural upon receipt. You must notify us, through the email info@alkemiapadel.com, of your decision to withdraw from the purchase made.

In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and keep the original packaging, new, without signs of use, with the original seals and labels (boxes, seals, plastics, accessories, etc.). It must not have been tampered with, such as putting a protector or overgrip on the racket. In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition Alkemia Padel reserves the right to pay a lower amount in the return , a circumstance that will be notified to you.

The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the product has been verified, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, , before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, as long as it is Alkemia Padel  who manages the collection of the article.

In case you return the item through a transport company of your choice, the period of 14 days will begin to compute from  span>Alkemia Padel has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from the receipt thereof.

The logistics costs of both shipping and return derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be borne by the buyer.< /p>

3. If the order has not yet been processed

Guarantees

All our products are guaranteed nationwide, against manufacturing defects  for two years from the date of delivery of the article.

We will respond to the lack of conformity, of which the buyer must inform us within two months of becoming aware of it.

By regulations, and unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract provided that they meet all the requirements expressed below:

  1. They conform to the description made and have the qualities of the product that we have presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
  2. They are suitable for the uses to which similar products are ordinarily destined.
  3. Present the usual quality and features of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

 

If the defect arises in the first 6 months from the delivery of the item, it is presumed that the defect already existed when the product was delivered, that is, that there is a manufacturing defect, unless it is proven that the defect is not of origin, but is due to misuse or maintenance given by the buyer.

On the other hand, if the defect arises after the first 6 months and up to 2 years, the presumption that the defect comes from the factory does not exist, and the customer has to prove that said defect is from the factory. p>

Warranty exclusions

The guarantee of paddle tennis rackets includes all types of breaks in the plane and/or frame that occur, as long as the use of the material is correct.

Defects and damage caused by incorrect use or maintenance of the material are excluded from the guarantee.

Incorrect use is understood to mean blows other than a paddle ball: blows against the wall, glass, floor, net or any other element of the court, blows against another racket, blows against the knee, head, palm of the hand or any other part of the body. etc. The guarantee of blades that present this type of blows will not be honored.

Improper maintenance of a paddle tennis racket is understood as: getting the racket wet, leaving it exposed to changes in temperature (such as leaving it in the trunk), lifting the balls from the ground with the racket, as well as any modification or repair made by a person not authorized by Alkemia Padel: use of weights, personalization of paint, cuts in the handle, drilling in the plans or any other area, etc. The guarantee of the blades that present an incorrect maintenance will not be attended.

If the racket presents any blow, damage or breakage in the structure of the racket (frame, tubular, heart, etc.) caused by incorrect use, the guarantee will be lost, regardless of any other damage that it presents.

Warranty management

For warranty management, you must contact us by email info@alkemiapadel.com sending us photos of the entire product (complete frame and faces), photo of this guarantee certificate and explaining the case.

If the product, once the photos have been viewed, is approved as likely to be defective from the factory, it will be sent to the factory and within 30 days from the arrival of the blade at the factory, the resolution of the complaint will be issued. warranty. Shipping costs to the factory will be free for the customer.

In the event that the product actually turns out to be defective, we may proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be totally free for the buyer.
